为给‘瓯雪60天’制种母本9901A（隐性核不育系）的快速繁殖提供依据，研究了花椰菜花球采收期、20 cm抽薹期、开花期不同部位取材外植体对诱导培养的影响。结果表明：不同生育阶段不同部位取材外植体的愈伤组织诱导率均为100%。不同阶段不同部位外植体诱导出芽效果存在差异，以开花期花托诱导出芽数量最多，采收期3 mm厚花枝诱导出芽数量次之，20 cm抽薹期则诱导不出芽。4℃低温处理1天采收期花球表面花枝的诱导效果较好，而低温处理3、7天的诱导效果有所降低。

In order to provide a certain reference for rapid propagation of the female parent 9901A (genic male sterile lines) of‘Ouxue 60 days’, the effects of cauliflower induction culture by explants selection from different parts of periods of ball harvest, 20 cm bolting and blossom were studied. The results showed that, the callus induction rate was 100% in different parts of different stages. But the effect of budding induced was different from different parts of different growth stages. The effect of budding induced of blossom period was better than harvest period with 3 mm branches. And the budding could not be induced with the explants selected by 20 cm bolting period. The harvest ball surface which stored in 4℃ for one day was propitious to induce budding. While the induced effect decreased after the harvest ball stored in 4℃for 3 or 7 days.
