目的：探讨动脉融通术介入治疗非创伤性股骨头缺血坏死的临床意义。方法回顾分析31例53髋非创伤性股骨头缺血坏死经动脉融通术药物介入治疗前后的股骨头血供及疼痛症状改善情况的疗效。结果疗效评分显示治疗后3、6个月疗效优良率明显高于治疗前。治疗后患侧股骨头分支小血管增粗增多，股骨头血供改善、染色较治疗前部分显著增强。结论动脉融通术介入治疗能明显改善病患坏死股骨头血供、缓解疼痛症状，特别对于早期患者可取得较为满意的疗效。
목적：탐토동맥융통술개입치료비창상성고골두결혈배사적림상의의。방법회고분석31례53관비창상성고골두결혈배사경동맥융통술약물개입치료전후적고골두혈공급동통증상개선정황적료효。결과료효평분현시치료후3、6개월료효우량솔명현고우치료전。치료후환측고골두분지소혈관증조증다，고골두혈공개선、염색교치료전부분현저증강。결론동맥융통술개입치료능명현개선병환배사고골두혈공、완해동통증상，특별대우조기환자가취득교위만의적료효。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of interventional therapy in the treatment of non-traumatic avascular necro-sis of the femoral head.Methods The blood supply of femoral head and local pain situations of 31 cases (53 hips)of patients with non traumatic avascular necrosis of the femoral head before and after the interventional treatment with intra-arterial drug infusion were observed and analyzed.Results At the time of 3 months and 6 months after the interventional treatment,the excellence rate of patients was signifi-cantly higher than that before operation according to the efficacy score.Postoperative image data revealed that small branch vessels of femoral head appeared to be increasing and enlarging,which meant improvement of blood supply,with cell dyeing significantly enhancing.Conclu-sion The interventional therapy with intra-arterial drug infusion could evidently improve blood supply of the femoral head and alleviate the local pain in patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head,and the application effect on early stage patients with non-traumatic avascu-lar necrosis is especially satisfied.
