目的:探讨心理干预在外科围手术期的的护理应用体会。方法:随机将我院2013年1~12月外科病人筛选得出110例,随机分为干预组和对照组各55例。干预组患者采取围手术期科学人性化的心理指导及护理,观察组根据不同的手术部位采取常规的指导及护理。并收集两组患者手术前后的焦虑、恐惧和抑郁评分资料和对手术的满意程度。进行统计学对比分析。结果:干预组病人手术前后的焦虑、恐惧和抑郁总分均低于对照组。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:心理干预对外科围手术期病人的负面情绪有显著的缓解作用,大大提高病人的治疗依从性,有利于减少护患纠纷,提高治疗效果,值得推广应用。

목적:탐토심리간예재외과위수술기적적호리응용체회。방법:수궤장아원2013년1~12월외과병인사선득출110례,수궤분위간예조화대조조각55례。간예조환자채취위수술기과학인성화적심리지도급호리,관찰조근거불동적수술부위채취상규적지도급호리。병수집량조환자수술전후적초필、공구화억욱평분자료화대수술적만의정도。진행통계학대비분석。결과:간예조병인수술전후적초필、공구화억욱총분균저우대조조。량조비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론:심리간예대외과위수술기병인적부면정서유현저적완해작용,대대제고병인적치료의종성,유리우감소호환규분,제고치료효과,치득추엄응용。
Objective: To explore application of psychological intervention in perioperative care. Methods: 110 cases of surgical patients treated in our hospital from January to December of 2013 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, each of 55 cases. Patients of the intervention group were cared with perioperative psychological guidance, while patients of the control group were given routine guidance and care. Anxiety, fear and depress scores and satisfaction for the operation of both groups were collected and statistically analyzed. Results:The anxiety, fear and depress scores before and after the operation of the intervention group were lower that those of the control group, with difference of statistical significance (P<0.01). Conclusion: Psychological intervention can significantly relieve patients’ perioperative negative mood that improves greatly patients’ compliance, reduce disputes between nurses and patients and improves therapeutic effects, which deserves promotion.
