目的：探讨四黄悬液的研制及其治疗骨折早期肢体肿痛的临床效果。方法：将125例入住我科的骨折早期肢体肿胀患者随机分为治疗组及对照组，其中对照组63例，进行西医消肿止痛等常规治疗。治疗组62例，在常规治疗基础上用我科自制的中药“四黄悬液”外敷于患肢肿胀处,分别于治疗后2d、4d、7d进行肢体肿胀及疼痛程度进行测试、评分，并进行统计分析。结果：两组治疗前后肢体肿胀及疼痛程度相比，P<0.05，具有高度显著性差异，治疗组对于缓解骨折早期肢体肿痛的疗效明显好于对照组。结论：中药四黄悬液能有效缓解骨折早期肢体肿胀及疼痛,且用药安全，操作简便。
목적：탐토사황현액적연제급기치료골절조기지체종통적림상효과。방법：장125례입주아과적골절조기지체종창환자수궤분위치료조급대조조，기중대조조63례，진행서의소종지통등상규치료。치료조62례，재상규치료기출상용아과자제적중약“사황현액”외부우환지종창처,분별우치료후2d、4d、7d진행지체종창급동통정도진행측시、평분，병진행통계분석。결과：량조치료전후지체종창급동통정도상비，P<0.05，구유고도현저성차이，치료조대우완해골절조기지체종통적료효명현호우대조조。결론：중약사황현액능유효완해골절조기지체종창급동통,차용약안전，조작간편。
Objective:To investigate the Preparation and Observe the Clinical Research of Traditional Chinese medicine"Four yellow suspension" topical treatment limb Swelling in Early fracture.Methods The 125 cases of limb Swelling in Early fracture Were randomly divided into treatment group and control group , control group ( 63cases ) were executed congventiongal 20%mannitol Dehydration swelling etc.Treatment group(62cases) were executed Traditional Chinese medicine "Four yellow suspension"topical In conventional therapy.
