目的：探讨中医护理对外固定器治疗三踝骨折术后患者恢复情况的影响。方法：选取我院2012年9月—2013年9月收治的三踝骨折患者48例，均进行常规骨折后护理，随机分为两组，中医护理组和常规护理组，每组24例。常规护理组进行常规护理；中医护理组在常规护理及康复锻炼基础上进行中药熏洗以及中药饮食调理等。比较两组患者的术后恢复情况。结果中医护理组的平均骨折愈合时间为（33.6±11.2）d，而常规组平均骨折愈合时间为（49.7±15.3）d,两组相比较，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；术后随访12～15个月，两组患者的术后恢复情况，按照AOFAS评分，术后半年中医组恢复的优良率为91.7%，明显优于常规护理组的优良恢复率为75.0%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。术后1年后，其差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论中医护理可以有效的加快骨愈合，缩短愈合时间，减少患者痛苦，而且可以提高患者愈合优良率，值得在临床中推广应用。
목적：탐토중의호리대외고정기치료삼과골절술후환자회복정황적영향。방법：선취아원2012년9월—2013년9월수치적삼과골절환자48례，균진행상규골절후호리，수궤분위량조，중의호리조화상규호리조，매조24례。상규호리조진행상규호리；중의호리조재상규호리급강복단련기출상진행중약훈세이급중약음식조리등。비교량조환자적술후회복정황。결과중의호리조적평균골절유합시간위（33.6±11.2）d，이상규조평균골절유합시간위（49.7±15.3）d,량조상비교，구유통계학의의（P<0.05）；술후수방12～15개월，량조환자적술후회복정황，안조AOFAS평분，술후반년중의조회복적우량솔위91.7%，명현우우상규호리조적우량회복솔위75.0%，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。술후1년후，기차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론중의호리가이유효적가쾌골유합，축단유합시간，감소환자통고，이차가이제고환자유합우량솔，치득재림상중추엄응용。
Objective:To explore the effects of rehabilitation of the patients received treatment of ankle fracture surgery in three after external fixation device of traditional Chinese medicine nursing. Methods in our hospital from 2012 September to 2013 September were three ankle fractures in 48 patients, were routine nursing after fracture, were randomly divided into two groups, Chinese medicine nursing group and conventional nursing group, 24 cases in each group. The routine nursing group were given routine nursing;nursing in traditional Chinese medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation of Chinese medicine diet conditioning based on routine nursing and rehabilitation exercise. Comparison of two groups of patients with postoperative recovery. Results the mean fracture healing time for traditional Chinese medicine nursing group (33.6±11.2) d, and the conventional group mean fracture healing time was (49.7±15.3) d, two group compared with statistical significance (P<0.05);patients were followed up for 12~15 months, the recovery of the two groups of patients after surgery, according to AOFAS score, the excellent and good rate was 6 months postoperative recovery in TCM group was 91.7%, significantly better than the routine nursing group and excellent recovery rate was 75%, with significant difference (P<0.05). A year later after operation, and the difference has no statistical significance (P > 0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicine nursing can effectively accelerate the bone healing and shorten the healing time, reduce the pain of patients, but also can improve the healing of patients with the rate of excellent and good, it is worth in clinical application.
