目的:检测c- Met蛋白在甲状腺癌及癌旁甲状腺组织中的表达,并分析c- Met蛋白表达与甲状腺乳头状癌患者临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学En Vision二步法检测81例甲状腺癌组织及52例癌旁甲状腺组织中c- Met蛋白的表达。结果甲状腺癌和癌旁甲状腺组织中c- Met蛋白阳性率分别为46.9%(38/81)和7.7%(4/52),两者比较有统计学差异(P<0.01)。其中甲状腺乳头状癌中c- Met蛋白阳性率50.8%(31/61),髓样癌中阳性率60.0%(3/5),均高于滤泡癌26.7%(4/15),但均无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。甲状腺乳头状癌c- Met蛋白表达与患者各项临床病理特征均无相关性(均P>0.05)。结论甲状腺癌中c- Met表达增强,其高表达可能与甲状腺癌发生相关,有望成为抗甲状腺癌治疗的一个潜在靶点。
目的:檢測c- Met蛋白在甲狀腺癌及癌徬甲狀腺組織中的錶達,併分析c- Met蛋白錶達與甲狀腺乳頭狀癌患者臨床病理特徵的關繫。方法採用免疫組織化學En Vision二步法檢測81例甲狀腺癌組織及52例癌徬甲狀腺組織中c- Met蛋白的錶達。結果甲狀腺癌和癌徬甲狀腺組織中c- Met蛋白暘性率分彆為46.9%(38/81)和7.7%(4/52),兩者比較有統計學差異(P<0.01)。其中甲狀腺乳頭狀癌中c- Met蛋白暘性率50.8%(31/61),髓樣癌中暘性率60.0%(3/5),均高于濾泡癌26.7%(4/15),但均無統計學差異(均P>0.05)。甲狀腺乳頭狀癌c- Met蛋白錶達與患者各項臨床病理特徵均無相關性(均P>0.05)。結論甲狀腺癌中c- Met錶達增彊,其高錶達可能與甲狀腺癌髮生相關,有望成為抗甲狀腺癌治療的一箇潛在靶點。
목적:검측c- Met단백재갑상선암급암방갑상선조직중적표체,병분석c- Met단백표체여갑상선유두상암환자림상병리특정적관계。방법채용면역조직화학En Vision이보법검측81례갑상선암조직급52례암방갑상선조직중c- Met단백적표체。결과갑상선암화암방갑상선조직중c- Met단백양성솔분별위46.9%(38/81)화7.7%(4/52),량자비교유통계학차이(P<0.01)。기중갑상선유두상암중c- Met단백양성솔50.8%(31/61),수양암중양성솔60.0%(3/5),균고우려포암26.7%(4/15),단균무통계학차이(균P>0.05)。갑상선유두상암c- Met단백표체여환자각항림상병리특정균무상관성(균P>0.05)。결론갑상선암중c- Met표체증강,기고표체가능여갑상선암발생상관,유망성위항갑상선암치료적일개잠재파점。
Objective To investigate the expression of c- Met protein in thyroid carcinoma and its clinicopathological significance in papil ary thyroid carcinoma. Methods The immunohistochemical En Vision method was used to evaluate the ex-pression of c- Met in 81 specimens of thyroid cancer tissues and 52 specimens of adjacent thyroid tissues. Results The ex-pression of c- Met protein in thyroid cancer was significantly higher than that in adjacent thyroid tissue (46.9%vs 7.7%, P<0.01). There were no significant differences in c- Met expression rates among papil ary carcinoma (50.8%, 31/61) , medul ary carcinoma (60.0%, 3/5) and fol icular carcinoma (26.7%, 4/15) (P>0.05). c- Met protein expression was not correlated with the clinicopatho-logical features of thyroid papil ary carcinoma (P>0.05). Conclusion c- Met expression is increased in thyroid cancer, it may be involved in the tumorigenesis of thyroid and might be a potential therapeutic target.
