临证所遇“急性阑尾炎”术后“胃脘痛”1例，辨证为脾阳不足、饮停中焦、气机失常之证，治以健脾利湿、温化寒饮之法，方用苓桂术甘汤加味，取得良效。
臨證所遇“急性闌尾炎”術後“胃脘痛”1例，辨證為脾暘不足、飲停中焦、氣機失常之證，治以健脾利濕、溫化寒飲之法，方用苓桂術甘湯加味，取得良效。
림증소우“급성란미염”술후“위완통”1례，변증위비양불족、음정중초、기궤실상지증，치이건비리습、온화한음지법，방용령계술감탕가미，취득량효。
A case of stomachache developed after acute appendicitis operation was syndrome differentiated as insufficiency of Spleen yang, fluid retention in Middle-Jiao and abnormal Qi flow and the treatment of invigorating spleen and warming and removing cold fluid with Lingguizhugan Decoction obtained favorable effects.
