针对传统固定分区方法无法反映电网运行拓扑结构发生的变化，导致其计算效率不高，提出一种新的动态分区方法，基于电网运行物理拓扑结构，逐一搜索出所有辐射状网络分区、仅存在唯一电气连接线路的分区和仅存在唯一电气连接节点的分区，并在此基础上提出一种基于边界节点状态量灵敏度协调的整体状态估计方法。通过两个算例验证该方法能够快速响应电网拓扑变化，降低某区域中量测数据误差对其他区域状态估计结果的影响，提高了电网状态估计的整体准确率。

In allusion to that traditional fixed partition method could not reflect changes of topology structure of power grid operation which may result in low calculation efficiency,this paper proposes a kind of new dynamic partition method which is based on physical topology structure of power grid operation and is able to gradually search all radial network partition, partition only with electrical connection lines and partition only with electrical connection node. The paper also proposes a kind of overall state estimation method based on sensitivity coordination of boundary node state quantity. By means of two examples,this method was proved to be able to rapidly respond to changes of topology structure of power grid,reduce af-fects on state estimation on other regions by errors of measuring data of some area and improve overall accuracy of state esti-mation on power grid.
