本文介绍了柔软整理中酚黄变的起因与预防方法,探讨了柔软剂类型、柔软剂用量、布面pH值对酚黄变的影响,并对酚黄变的预防方法进行了研究。结果表明,不同柔软剂类型酚黄变不同,柔软剂用量越大,布面pH值越高,酚黄变越严重,通过加入抗酚黄变剂TF-623与柔软剂同浴整理,能够明显减轻酚黄变。

This article introduced the cause of textile phenolic yellowing in soft finishing, discussed the influence of softener type, dosage of softener, textile pH value on phenolic yellowing. The prevention methods of phenolic yellowing were also put forward. Different types of softener resulted in different classes of the phenolic yellowing, and higher softener dosage and textile pH value caused more phenolic yellowing. Employing anti phenolic yellowing agent TF-623 with softening agent in one bath could significantly reduce textile phenolic yellowing.
