针对轿车门拉手在模具设计中存在不同方向侧抽芯和带螺纹金属嵌件注塑等较难脱模的问题，运用计算机辅助设计手段，提出了改进的设计方案，通过机构设计将多个侧向抽芯机构变为一个双方向整体联动式侧向抽芯机构，并采用过渡嵌件的设计解决了铝合金螺丝嵌件脱模难的问题。实践证明，该设计方案有效好用，能解决该产品脱模难的问题。

Aim to the problems of side core–pulling in different directions and stripping for threaded metal insert molding of a car door handle,multi-lateral pulling mechanisms was turned into one pulling mechanism to both sides by means of computer aided design,and stripping problem of threaded metal insert was solved by using transition inserts. Practice proves that the design is effective and good for use. The design can effectively solve the problems of stripping.
