针对轿车门拉手在模具设计中存在不同方向侧抽芯和带螺纹金属嵌件注塑等较难脱模的问题,运用计算机辅助设计手段,提出了改进的设计方案,通过机构设计将多个侧向抽芯机构变为一个双方向整体联动式侧向抽芯机构,并采用过渡嵌件的设计解决了铝合金螺丝嵌件脱模难的问题。实践证明,该设计方案有效好用,能解决该产品脱模难的问题。
針對轎車門拉手在模具設計中存在不同方嚮側抽芯和帶螺紋金屬嵌件註塑等較難脫模的問題,運用計算機輔助設計手段,提齣瞭改進的設計方案,通過機構設計將多箇側嚮抽芯機構變為一箇雙方嚮整體聯動式側嚮抽芯機構,併採用過渡嵌件的設計解決瞭鋁閤金螺絲嵌件脫模難的問題。實踐證明,該設計方案有效好用,能解決該產品脫模難的問題。

Aim to the problems of side core–pulling in different directions and stripping for threaded metal insert molding of a car door handle,multi-lateral pulling mechanisms was turned into one pulling mechanism to both sides by means of computer aided design,and stripping problem of threaded metal insert was solved by using transition inserts. Practice proves that the design is effective and good for use. The design can effectively solve the problems of stripping.
