为避免厚壁塑件在注射成型中出现内部缩孔、表面凹陷等缺陷,以某塑件为例,根据动态成型的原理设计了一副基于压电动态成型的注射模具。利用压电陶瓷的逆压电效应具有高频、振幅精确可调、振动能量大等特点,将叠堆式压电陶瓷致动器引入到该模具结构中,通过电场控制和弹簧的共同作用驱动振动型芯往复运动,以实现对型腔熔体的充填、保压和冷却过程进行动态控制。同时,结合前期充填模拟分析的结果,优化了该副模具的设计。

To avoid the defects such as inner shrinkage and surface depression of the thick wall products molded by injection molding,with a thick wall part as an example,the injection mold based on the piezoelectric dynamic molding was designed according to the principle of dynamic molding. Because of the inverse piezoelectric effect,the piezoelectric ceramic has a series of advantages such as high frequency,adjustable amplitude,large vibration energy,etc. Using the characteristics mentioned above, the piezoelectric stack was introduced into the mould structure,controlled by electric field,combination of the spring,the core is drived with reciprocating movement,so as to achieve the dynamic control in melt filling,packing and cooling. At the same time, with the results of the early filling simulation,the mold design was optimized.
