为了减少汽车前照灯灯体在使用中遇到的后变形情况,满足用户的需要,分析了灯体变形形式和变形产生的原因,对生产现场提出了控制灯体变形的几种方法或处理形式,较好地解决了汽车灯具的灯体后变形的问题。经过生产实践,灯体变形得到较好的控制,灯体变形报废率仅为3%,得到了用户的认同。

In order to reduce the post-molding deformation of automobile headlight lamp body encountered in use,to meet the needs of users,deformation forms of the lamp body and the deformation causes were analyzed. Several methods or treatments to control the deformation of the lamp body on the production site were put forward. The post-molding deformation problem of the automobile lamp body was solved better. Through practical production,the lamp body deformation is better controlled,the lamp body deformation scrap rate is 3%,it gains the acceptance of customers.
