以某品牌的电视机小后壳为研究对象,采用Taguchi方法进行注射成型模拟分析,研究了阀浇口开启时刻、熔体温度、模具温度、保压压力、保压时间等工艺参数对翘曲量和熔接线的影响。选取5个工艺参数为变量因素,利用Moldflow 2012软件按正交表进行模拟分析实验。通过综合分析,得到了以翘曲量和熔接线为优化目标的最优工艺参数组合,在实际生产时,为其成型工艺参数的选取提供一定的指导。

A TV deputy shell was taken as an research object,Taguchi techniques were used to arrange injection molding simulation experiments for studying the effect of the sequence valve opening time,melt temperature,mold temperature,packing pressure and packing time process parameters on the warpage and weld lines. Selecting these process parameters as variable factors, Moldflow software was used for orthogonal table simulation. Through the comprehensive analysis,the optimal combination of process parameters based on warpage and weld lines were gained to provide guidance for selecting the actual process parameters.
