为了解决配电网自动化系统中配电监控终端在线调试的问题,提出一套配电自动化工程仿真测试系统。系统通过仿真测试装置向现场的配电终端输出“三遥”信号,模拟配电线路的正常和故障状态,以检验现场工程中线路上各个配电终端的信息采集、传输、告警以及相互配合的故障隔离功能是否完备,同时检验配电网自动化设备的相关性能指标,具有较高的工程应用价值。
為瞭解決配電網自動化繫統中配電鑑控終耑在線調試的問題,提齣一套配電自動化工程倣真測試繫統。繫統通過倣真測試裝置嚮現場的配電終耑輸齣“三遙”信號,模擬配電線路的正常和故障狀態,以檢驗現場工程中線路上各箇配電終耑的信息採集、傳輸、告警以及相互配閤的故障隔離功能是否完備,同時檢驗配電網自動化設備的相關性能指標,具有較高的工程應用價值。

In order to solve problem of online commissioning of power distribution monitoring terminal of automation system of power distribution network,a set of simulation testing system of power distribution automation engineering was proposed. By means of simulation testing device,the system could output telemetering,remote signaling and remote control signals to power distribution terminal and simulate normal and faulted states of power distributed lines for checking out whether func-tions including information acquisition,transmission,alarm of each power distribution terminal and mutually matched fault isolation in field engineering were complete. Meanwhile,it could verify related performance index of power distribution au-tomation equipments and was of higher engineering application value.
