同步相量测量单元(phasor measurement unit,PMU)的量测性能是其能否更好地服务于电力系统的关键,在对 PMU静动态测试方案、性能评估方法研究的基础上,基于 MATLAB 软件与 OMICRON 测试仪开发了PMU静动态自动测试系统,主要功能模块包括信号发生模块、相量提取模板、误差分析模块等。采用所开发的PMU静动态自动测试系统对国内主流厂家的 PMU装置进行了测试,测试结果验证了所开发系统的正确性及准确性。该系统具有较高的实用性,可对入网 PMU装置进行检测,严把质量关,确保电力系统的安全稳定运行。
同步相量測量單元(phasor measurement unit,PMU)的量測性能是其能否更好地服務于電力繫統的關鍵,在對 PMU靜動態測試方案、性能評估方法研究的基礎上,基于 MATLAB 軟件與 OMICRON 測試儀開髮瞭PMU靜動態自動測試繫統,主要功能模塊包括信號髮生模塊、相量提取模闆、誤差分析模塊等。採用所開髮的PMU靜動態自動測試繫統對國內主流廠傢的 PMU裝置進行瞭測試,測試結果驗證瞭所開髮繫統的正確性及準確性。該繫統具有較高的實用性,可對入網 PMU裝置進行檢測,嚴把質量關,確保電力繫統的安全穩定運行。

Measuration performance of phasor measurement unit is key to well serve power system. Based on studying static and dynamic testing scheme of PMU and performance evaluation method,a kind of static and dynamic automatic testing sys-tem of PMU was developed on account of MATLAB software and OMICRON tester of which main functional modules in-cluded signal generation module,phase extraction module and error analysis module,and so on. The developed testing sys-tem was used for testing PMU devices of main manufacturers in domestic and results verified validity and accuracy of the sys-tem. Meanwhile,this system was of high practicability to detect access PMU devices,strictly control quality and ensure safe and stable operation of the power system.
