光伏发出的电压较小且不稳定,不能直接接入配电网,需要通过相应的控制装置来实现电压的升高和稳定。为此,设计了升压型 DC-DC 变换器,采用全控型器件绝缘栅双极型晶体管(insulated gate bipolar tran-sistor,IGBT)的控制电路,将最大功率点跟踪控制器的输出作为脉冲宽度调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)控制器的输入,PWM控制器输出占空比不同的矩形波控制 IGBT的导通时间,从而实现变换器升压和稳压的功能。仿真结果表明,所设计的DC-DC变换器实现了光伏发电的升压和稳压,验证了所提控制方法的有效性和可行性。

Photovoltaic voltage is less and instable that could not be directly connected with power distribution network while it requires to rely on relevant control devices to realize voltage rise and stability. Therefore,a kind of boost DC-DC convert-er was designed which used control circuit of full controlled insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT)and took output of max-imum power point tracking (MPPT)controller as input of pulse width modulation (PWM)controller. Square wave with dif-ferent output duty ratio of the PWM controller could control switch-on-time of IGBT and consequently realize functions of voltage rise and stability of the converter. Simulation results indicates that the designed DC-DC converter could realize volt-age rise and stability of photovoltaic power generation and verify effectiveness and feasibility of the control method.
