介绍了 GB/T 19638.2―2005和YD/T 799―2010中关于阀控密封式铅酸蓄电池防酸雾性能的检测方法和要求,并根据这2个标准规定的酸碱滴定法(定量)和沉淀法(定性)对同规格型号同一批次的铅酸蓄电池进行检测,发现两种方法的测试结果不同:酸碱滴定法检测到的酸雾量为0.0568 mg/Ah,超过规定的0.025 mg/Ah,为不合格;而在沉淀法试验中第3个吸收瓶中未观察到沉淀,检测结果为合格。通过对两种试验方法细节的分析,认为2个标准中所规定的检测方法均存在不足,有待进一步完善。

This paper introduces detection method and requirements for acid mist proofing performance of valve controlled sealing lead-acid battery in GB/T 19638.2 and YD/T 799—2010. According to acid base titration(ration)and method of precipitation (quantitative)in these two standards,detection on lead-acid batteries with same specifications and of same bat-ches was carried out and testing results were discovered different. Amount of acid mist detected by acid base titration was 0.056 8 mg/Ah which exceeded specified 0.025 mg/Ah and was disqualified. While no sediment was observed in No.3 ab-sorption bottle in precipitation test which proved detection result qualified. By analyzing details of these two testing meth-ods,it was considered that these two specified detection methods were both of deficiencies to be perfected.
