针对实际生产中汽轮机缸体上半出现的超标缺陷,运用magmasoft软件对汽轮机缸体树脂砂铸造工艺方案进行模拟优化。对浇注系统、冒口进行了改进。模拟结果表明,金属液充型平稳,补缩效果良好。经过生产验证,铸件质量完全满足设计要求。

Aiming at the defects in upper part of steam turbine cylinder block during production, the casting process of resin bonded sand for steam turbine cylinder block is optimized by magmasoft, pouring system and riser are improved.The simulation results show that the liquid metal filling is smooth, and feeding effect is good.The produc-tion practice shows that the quality of the casting can meet the design requirements.
