目的:观察黑逍遥散对β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ25-35)所致阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)模型大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL-6、IL-1β)表达的影响,探讨黑逍遥散防治AD的作用机制。方法:海马区注射Aβ25-35建立AD大鼠模型,用黑逍遥散、石杉碱甲进行对抗治疗,第28天取血清,通过酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定AD大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β含量。结果:模型组大鼠血清中TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β含量显著升高,各治疗组大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β含量均有所降低,黑逍遥散高剂量组大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β含量显著降低。结论:有效控制AD患者体内炎性因子表达是黑逍遥散的重要作用机制。

목적:관찰흑소요산대β-정분양단백(Aβ25-35)소치아이자해묵병(Alzheimer disease,AD)모형대서혈청종류배사인자(TNF-α)、백세포개소(IL-6、IL-1β)표체적영향,탐토흑소요산방치AD적작용궤제。방법:해마구주사Aβ25-35건립AD대서모형,용흑소요산、석삼감갑진행대항치료,제28천취혈청,통과매련면역흡부법(ELISA)측정AD대서혈청TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β함량。결과:모형조대서혈청중TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β함량현저승고,각치료조대서혈청TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β함량균유소강저,흑소요산고제량조대서혈청TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β함량현저강저。결론:유효공제AD환자체내염성인자표체시흑소요산적중요작용궤제。
Objective:To observe the effect of HeiXiaoYao powder on the rats with Alzheimer disease (AD) induced by Aβ 25-35 in the expression of tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in blood serum and to study the functional mechanism of HeiXiaoYao powder in the prevention and treatment of AD. Methods: After the establishment of the AD rat models by injecting Aβ 25-35 in the hippocampus, the models were treated by HeiXiaoYao powder and huperzine A. On the 28th day, the contents of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β in the serum of the models were exam ined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results:The TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1βcontents of the control group were increased hugely, while in the treatment group the con-tents of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1βwere all decreased and the HeiXiaoYao powder group of high dose were significantly decreased. Conclusion:The HeiXiaoYao powder can effectively control the expression of the inflammatory factor for AD patients, which is one of important mechanisms of HeiXiaoYao powder.
