目的:观察蒙药地格达-4对酒精性脂肪肝模型大鼠肝功能的影响。方法:将Wistar大鼠进行造模后随机分为空白组,模型组,硫普罗宁组和地格达-4高、中、低剂量组。空白组和模型组给以羧甲基纤维素钠,硫普罗宁组给予硫普罗宁40 mg/kg,地格达-4高、中、低剂量组分别给以1400、700、350 mg/kg地格达-4。灌胃4周后,腹主动脉采血,检测谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GT)等指标。结果:地格达-4高剂量组、中剂量组与模型组ALT相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);地格达-4高、中、低剂量组间ALT相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);地格达-4中剂量组与模型组、地格达-4高剂量组、低剂量组AST、γ-GT相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);地格达-4高、中、低剂量组比硫普罗宁组γ-GT相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地格达-4对酒精性脂肪肝大鼠的肝功能有确切的保护作用,且中等剂量为首选剂量。
目的:觀察矇藥地格達-4對酒精性脂肪肝模型大鼠肝功能的影響。方法:將Wistar大鼠進行造模後隨機分為空白組,模型組,硫普囉寧組和地格達-4高、中、低劑量組。空白組和模型組給以羧甲基纖維素鈉,硫普囉寧組給予硫普囉寧40 mg/kg,地格達-4高、中、低劑量組分彆給以1400、700、350 mg/kg地格達-4。灌胃4週後,腹主動脈採血,檢測穀丙轉氨酶(ALT)、穀草轉氨酶(AST)、γ-穀氨酰轉移酶(γ-GT)等指標。結果:地格達-4高劑量組、中劑量組與模型組ALT相比,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05);地格達-4高、中、低劑量組間ALT相比,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05);地格達-4中劑量組與模型組、地格達-4高劑量組、低劑量組AST、γ-GT相比,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05);地格達-4高、中、低劑量組比硫普囉寧組γ-GT相比,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論:地格達-4對酒精性脂肪肝大鼠的肝功能有確切的保護作用,且中等劑量為首選劑量。
목적:관찰몽약지격체-4대주정성지방간모형대서간공능적영향。방법:장Wistar대서진행조모후수궤분위공백조,모형조,류보라저조화지격체-4고、중、저제량조。공백조화모형조급이최갑기섬유소납,류보라저조급여류보라저40 mg/kg,지격체-4고、중、저제량조분별급이1400、700、350 mg/kg지격체-4。관위4주후,복주동맥채혈,검측곡병전안매(ALT)、곡초전안매(AST)、γ-곡안선전이매(γ-GT)등지표。결과:지격체-4고제량조、중제량조여모형조ALT상비,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);지격체-4고、중、저제량조간ALT상비,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);지격체-4중제량조여모형조、지격체-4고제량조、저제량조AST、γ-GT상비,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);지격체-4고、중、저제량조비류보라저조γ-GT상비,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:지격체-4대주정성지방간대서적간공능유학절적보호작용,차중등제량위수선제량。
Objective:To study the effect of mongolian medicine digda-4 on the hepatic function of rats with alcoholic fatty liver. Methods:After established, the wistar rats model were randomized into the blank group and the model group, the tiopronin group as well as the digda-4 group of low, medium and high dosages. The blank and model groups were given carboxymethyl cellulose natrium; the tiopronin group were administered tiopronin, 40 mg/kg;the low, medium and high digda-4 groups were respectively fed digda-4 of 1 400,700 and 350 mg/kg. After 4-week gavage, alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate transaminase (AST) andγ-glutamyl transferase(γ-GT) were tested in the rats' blood samples collected from abdominal aorta. Results: Compared with model group, the ALT contents in the digda-4 groups of high and medium doses had a significant difference (P<0.05);among the digda-4 groups of low, medium and high doses, the ALT contents were significantly different either (P<0.05);com-pared with the model group and the digda-4 groups of high and low doses, the contents of AST andγ-GT in the dig-da-4 group of medium doses had significant differences (P<0.05);compared with the tiopronin group, the γ-GT contents in the digda-4 group of low, medium and high dosages had a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:Digda-4 has definitely protective effect on hepatic function of rats with alcoholic fatty liver, and the medium dose is preferred.
