目的：观察消定膏配合手法复位、中立位小夹板固定治疗伸直型桡骨远端骨折(Colles骨折)的临床疗效。方法：将符合诊断标准的220例Colles骨折患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各110例，2组均予早期手法复位治疗，中立位小夹板外固定，治疗组外敷消定膏，积分法比较2组优良率和疼痛程度、肿胀指数、X线片骨痂的差异。结果：治疗组优良率优于对照组，疼痛VAS积分、肿胀积分、X线片骨痂积分改善程度治疗组明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：消定膏可有效缓解Colles骨折早期疼痛、肿胀，促进骨折愈合。
목적：관찰소정고배합수법복위、중립위소협판고정치료신직형뇨골원단골절(Colles골절)적림상료효。방법：장부합진단표준적220례Colles골절환자수궤분위치료조화대조조각110례，2조균여조기수법복위치료，중립위소협판외고정，치료조외부소정고，적분법비교2조우량솔화동통정도、종창지수、X선편골가적차이。결과：치료조우량솔우우대조조，동통VAS적분、종창적분、X선편골가적분개선정도치료조명현우우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론：소정고가유효완해Colles골절조기동통、종창，촉진골절유합。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of XiaoDing ointment combining the manual reduction and small splint fixation in neutral position on the cure of Colles fracture. Methods:Totally 220 Colles fracture patients selected standardly were randomized into the treatment group and the control group,every group 110 parients. All of them were reduced early and fixed with small splints in the neutral position, while patients in the treatment group were pasted XiaoDing ointment on the wound. The excellent and good rates, pain severity, swelling indexes as well as X-ray-callus scores were compared in the two groups by integral method. Results:The excellent and good rates of patients in the treatment group were better than that in the control group;the differences of pain and swelling scores by VAS and callus scores by X ray in the treatment group were more significant, compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:XiaoDing ointment can effectively ease the early pain and swelling because of Colles fracture and promote the healing of the bone.
