王道坤教授认为慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变为本虚标实，寒热错杂之证，多因痰瘀凝滞而成，脾胃虚弱元气不足贯穿始终，治宜健脾益胃，理气化痰，和胃降逆，通络防变，用药贵在轻灵、流通、活泼。
王道坤教授認為慢性萎縮性胃炎癌前病變為本虛標實，寒熱錯雜之證，多因痰瘀凝滯而成，脾胃虛弱元氣不足貫穿始終，治宜健脾益胃，理氣化痰，和胃降逆，通絡防變，用藥貴在輕靈、流通、活潑。

Professor WANG holds the idea that the precancerous lesion of chronic atrophic gastritis is belong-ing to the type of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality as well as the type of the mixture of cold and heat due to the phlegm and blood stasis. For the weakness of spleen and stomach as well as the deficiency of primary Qi, the methods of invigorating the spleen and benefiting the stomach, regulating Qi and removing phlegm as well as dredging collaterals and preventing changes should be used to treat the chronic atrophic gastritis with the light, mild, quick and mobile drugs.
