目的::探讨外周血转化生长因子(TGF-β1)浓度及高凝状态与慢性胰腺炎(CP)纤维化的关系,同时研究银杏达莫注射液对抗慢性胰腺炎纤维化的作用。方法:将50例CP患者随机分为观察组、对照组各25例。2组均给予戒烟、低脂高蛋白饮食、避免饱食等常规治疗,观察组同时予银杏达莫注射液静脉滴注,1次/d。2组连续治疗2周,观察2组治疗前后TGF-β1、凝血及血脂、血液流变学等指标的变化情况。结果:外周血TGF-β1浓度、生化指标、凝血指标、血液流变学指标2组治疗后均明显改善(P<0.05),观察组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:外周血TGF-β1与CP纤维化相关,银杏达莫能够抑制外周血TGF-β1表达,同时能改善CP患者血液高凝状态,有利于改善慢性胰腺炎纤维化进展。

목적::탐토외주혈전화생장인자(TGF-β1)농도급고응상태여만성이선염(CP)섬유화적관계,동시연구은행체막주사액대항만성이선염섬유화적작용。방법:장50례CP환자수궤분위관찰조、대조조각25례。2조균급여계연、저지고단백음식、피면포식등상규치료,관찰조동시여은행체막주사액정맥적주,1차/d。2조련속치료2주,관찰2조치료전후TGF-β1、응혈급혈지、혈액류변학등지표적변화정황。결과:외주혈TGF-β1농도、생화지표、응혈지표、혈액류변학지표2조치료후균명현개선(P<0.05),관찰조개선경명현(P<0.05)。결론:외주혈TGF-β1여CP섬유화상관,은행체막능구억제외주혈TGF-β1표체,동시능개선CP환자혈액고응상태,유리우개선만성이선염섬유화진전。
Objective:To discuss relations between chronic pancreatitis (CP) and the concentration as well as hypercoagulability of TGF-β1 in peripheral blood and to study the anti-fibrosis effect of YinXingDaMo injection on CP. Methods:The 50 CP patients were randomized into observation and control groups with 25 cases in each. Both groups given the conventional treatment of quitting smoking, supplementing low-protein diet and avoiding engorge-ment, the observation groups were intravenously injected YinXing DaMo for once a day. After 2-week continual treatment, the indexes changes of TGF-β1, blood coagulation and lipids and hemorheology before and after treatment were observed. Results:The indexes of the concentration of TGF-β1 in peripheral blood, biochemistry, coagulation and hemorheology in both groups were all improved significantly (P<0.05), and those indexes in observation group were improved more significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion:The TGF-β1 in peripheral blood is associated with CP fi-brosis and the YinXing DaMo injection can inhibit the expression of TGF-β1 and improve the hypercoagulability of CP patients to meliorate the fibrosis development of CP.
