In order to find how aerobics training affects female aerobic fitness, body shape and mental health, with the method of experiments, mathematical statistic and reading existing documents, this paper based on a research of a 12 weeks aerobics training of 30 non – PE major females and the testing results unveiled the positive influence of Aerobics training on female aerobic fitness , physical shape and psychological health.
