对于校园文化建设，独立学院还处于发展的初始阶段，相较于历史悠久的公立高校还具有很大差距。本文力求探索独立学院的可持续发展之路，对独立学院校园文化建设现状以及独立学院学生特点作了解剖，分析了独立学院校园文化建设对学生发展的影响，并提出以学生发展为导向的独立学院校园文化建设路径。
對于校園文化建設，獨立學院還處于髮展的初始階段，相較于歷史悠久的公立高校還具有很大差距。本文力求探索獨立學院的可持續髮展之路，對獨立學院校園文化建設現狀以及獨立學院學生特點作瞭解剖，分析瞭獨立學院校園文化建設對學生髮展的影響，併提齣以學生髮展為導嚮的獨立學院校園文化建設路徑。

In terms of the construction of campus culture,independent colleges are still in the initial stage of development,fall-ing far behind that of the public colleges and universities.This paper strives to explore the path of sustainable development of independent colleges by dissecting the current situation of campus culture construction in independent colleges and the charac-teristics of their students,analyzing the influence of campus culture construction that independent colleges have on their student development,and proposing the methods of constructing student development-oriented campus culture in independent colle-ges.
