通过对高职院校公寓育人流程化管理的内涵梳理及现状分析，整合高职院校学生公寓育人的流程化管理可实施体系构建框架和内容，创新高职院校公寓育人的流程化管理实施途径和措施，提升公寓育人的基础管理规范化，形成良好的公寓育人氛围，渐进、潜移默化地影响学生，向着高素养、好行为、好习惯等方面发展成才。

통과대고직원교공우육인류정화관리적내함소리급현상분석，정합고직원교학생공우육인적류정화관리가실시체계구건광가화내용，창신고직원교공우육인적류정화관리실시도경화조시，제승공우육인적기출관리규범화，형성량호적공우육인분위，점진、잠이묵화지영향학생，향착고소양、호행위、호습관등방면발전성재。
Through the analysis of the connotation and present situation of apartment education process management in vocation-al colleges,the article integrated the framework and content of its enforceable system,which will bring innovation to the imple-menting way and approach of the management,improve the basics of education,normalize the managing system and forming better educational atmosphere.That would finally influence our students gradually and unconsciously ,and do good to their de-velopment by way of helping them to have high quality,good works and habits.
