大学生的道德素质成长处在一个受各方面因素影响的德育生态环境中，高校的德育也在这个系统中参与互动。当今高校德育实效性陷入尴尬局面：学生热情不高，社会评价不高，教育效果难以衡量。其中有德育生态环境方面的原因。本文分析了德育生态现状，最后对怎样在德育生态现状中提高高校德育的教育效果进行了思考。

The growth of college students'morality in an ecological environment of moral education is affected by various fac-tors.College moral education is also involved in the interactions of this system.The effectiveness of moral education in colleges is an awkward situation -students are not enthusiastic,there is low social evaluation,and the effects of the education are diffi-cult to measure.An important reason is the ecological environment of moral education.This paper analyzes the present situation of the ecological environment of moral education.In concludes by giving advice on how to improve the effectiveness of college moral education.
