目前大学生心理健康问题受到全社会的普遍关注,为促进大学生的心理健康,高职院校普遍开设了心理健康课。高职院校如何定位这门课,如何提高教学效率,并使这门课指导学生处理好在现实生活和学习中所遇到的问题,成为了心理健康课教师难以回避的一个问题。本文从高职院校学生的学习、行为、教学现状着手,结合心理健康课教学实践,简要的探索了适合高职学生心理特点、易于被高职生接受的教学方式。

At present university students' psychological health problem attracted universal attention of the whole society, to promote college students' mental health, opened its mental health class in higher vocational colleges. How to position the course in higher vocational colleges, how to improve teaching efficiency, and make the class to guide students learn in real life and deal with problems encountered in, become the mental health class teacher is difficult to avoid a problem. This article discuss the vocational college students' learning, behavior, teaching present situation, combining with psychological health class teaching practice, briefly explores suitable for higher vocational students psychological characteristics, and easy to be accepted way of teaching of higher vocational students.
