随着农村金融业的不断发展，农村地区的金融机构与消费者之间的矛盾相继出现，消费者权益受到侵害的现象屡见不鲜。后危机时代的来临使得金融消费者的权益保护问题迫在眉睫。本文旨在通过对农村金融消费者的概念及特殊地位的分析，初步提出农村金融消费者应重点保护的权利内容以及法律途径思考。
隨著農村金融業的不斷髮展，農村地區的金融機構與消費者之間的矛盾相繼齣現，消費者權益受到侵害的現象屢見不鮮。後危機時代的來臨使得金融消費者的權益保護問題迫在眉睫。本文旨在通過對農村金融消費者的概唸及特殊地位的分析，初步提齣農村金融消費者應重點保護的權利內容以及法律途徑思攷。
수착농촌금융업적불단발전，농촌지구적금융궤구여소비자지간적모순상계출현，소비자권익수도침해적현상루견불선。후위궤시대적래림사득금융소비자적권익보호문제박재미첩。본문지재통과대농촌금융소비자적개념급특수지위적분석，초보제출농촌금융소비자응중점보호적권리내용이급법률도경사고。
With the continuous development of rural finance, rural financial institutions and consumers, there appeared, the contradiction between the phenomenon of consumer rights and interests are violated. In the post-crisis era of financial consumer rights and interests protection problems is imminent. This paper aims to the concept and the analysis of the special status of the rural financial consumer, preliminary put forward rural finance should focus on the protection of consumer rights content and legal thinking.
