社会主义市场经济已经到了关键的发展时期，企业文化的建立对于企业的发展有着非常重要的作用，而将思想政治教育同企业文化的建设有效结合起来对于企业的发展至关重要，并且由于经济全球化的影响，西方的一些观念对中国的影响也很大，思想政治教育不仅可以有效促进企业的发展，同时还可以有效抵御西方一些错误观念的侵蚀。本文就思想政治教育同企业文化建设的联系和作用提出了一些自己的看法。
