When it comes to western education ideology, we have to mention two of the most representative landmark figure——Herbart and Dewey. Both two educational thoughts all have exerted a far-reaching influence on the development of education, no matter from which side, it is very important to compare and analyze the theory of moral education between Herbart and Dewey.
