目前，“90后”大学新生已成为高校的主力军，“90后”新生适应不良问题也逐渐凸显，如何面对和解决新生适应问题已经成为了高校面临的重要课题。“90后”大学新生由于环境、学习方式、人际关系以及心理这些方面的改变，导致了一些列的新生适应问题。因此，本文提出通过认真建立适应困难学生数据库、积极开展入学教育活动、加强班干部、心理委员、舍长队伍建设和充分发挥朋辈辅导员作用这些措施，使“90后”大学生更好的适应大学新生活。
