篮球运动作为目前参与人数最多的种运动项目,也是学生最喜爱的运动项目之一。然而,由于篮球的不断发展,篮球运动中的竞争性,对抗性也日益增强,参与者逐渐需要在身体接触甚至是身体对抗中才能完成各项技术动作,很大程度上导致了运动损伤率的大幅度提升,给学生的身心带来不可忽略的影响。因而,如何有效预防篮球教学训练中的运动损伤的发生,已成为摆在相关体育教育者面前的一道重要课题。本文首先就体育院校篮球教学训练中运动损伤的成因作了简要分析,然后提出了篮球运动损伤的预防措施,希望能给实际教育工作带来一定的指导作用,最大限度的降低运动损伤出现的几率,保障学生的身心健康。

The basketball sport has the largest number of people to participate, is one of the students' favorite sports. However, due to the continuous development of basketball, the competitive basketball, antagonism is also growing, the participants need to gradually in the physical contact and even the body fight to finish the technical movements, largely led to significantly enhance the rate of sports injury, bring the students' physical and mental effects that cannot be ignored. Therefore, how to effectively prevent the occurrence of physical injury in basketball teaching and training, has become an important topic in front of the related physical educators. This paper first analyzes the causes of the physical injury in basketball teaching and training, and then put forward prevention measures for basketball physical injury, hope can bring certain guidance function to the actual education work, maximum limit reduce the chances of getting physical injuries, guarantee the students' physical and mental health.
