This article collects and analyzes the development of scientific and technological cooperation between university and enterprise in recent years. Combined with practical work,this paper summarizes some ways about scientific and techno-logical cooperation between university and enterprise,and analyzes these cooperation features and problems. This article al-so puts forward some measures in order to solve the problems accordingly.
