针对现有研究的不足，构建基于多属性区间数优势关系的精益实施效果评价体系。选取实施精益生产的福田汽车、东风汽车、一汽轿车等十大公司作为分析对象，利用2010－2012年的数据，从存货周转率、营业成本增长率、销售增长率、净资产收益率及顾客满意度等五个方面对其精益实施效果进行评价研究，给出各企业精益实施效果的优劣排序，并依据结果对各企业的精益实施状况进行了具体分析。研究成果为制造企业科学评价精益实施效果及企业间就精益实施效果进行比较提供工具与平台。

Aiming at the deficiency of current study,the paper constructs the appraisal system of lean implementation effect based on muti -attribute dominance relation of interval number. Ten companies,such as Foton,Dongfeng,and FAW are chosen as research objects. Using the data of 201 0-201 2,their lean implementation effect is analyzed from 5 as-pects,including inventory turnover,operating cost growth rate,sales increase,return on equity and customer satisfaction.Then the lean implementation effect order is obtained,and specific analysis is carried out. Research result provides one reasonable tool as well as one platform to appraise and compare lean implementation effect for manufacturing enterprises of China.
