Taking some of the problems of the patent pledge as a starting point,this article introduces venture capital from a new perspective,and suggests that patent pledge loan can be constituted based on the combination of government,com-mercial banks and venture capital. By constructing a phased loan model effectively,it can reduce the risk of both lenders and borrowers,and improve the success rate of patent pledge.
