固体物质燃烧特别是木棒燃烧过程中,由于木棒质材的非均匀性,导致火焰图像边缘轮廓信息模糊不均匀,产生相频误差,对火焰的状态监测和模拟效果不好。提出一种基于模糊神经差拍控制的木棒燃烧火焰图像鉴相融合方法,设计基于数学形态学的木棒燃烧火焰生成模拟方法,构建木棒燃烧的火焰像素结构数学形态学模型,计算火焰质心偏心距、火焰丰度等参量特征,有效地反映火焰燃烧状态,使用Gabor算子计算差拍控制图像的梯度边缘密度分布,找到火焰图像特征量与燃烧状态的内在联系,通过鉴相特征融合方法,判断火焰稳定性,实现火焰监测控制。实验结果表明,该方法边缘轮廓清晰完整,受背景杂质干扰小,细节较丰富,特征更明显,抗噪性能高,展示了该算法在木棒火焰图像鉴相融合中的优越性能。在火灾预防和监测、冶金锅炉安全运行和燃烧控制等领域具有重要的意义。

In the solid substance combustion especially sticks burning process, due to the non uniform stick material, result?ing in flame image edge and contour information asymmetry is fuzzy, produce phase frequency error, and the state monitor?ing and simulation effect of the flame is not good. A flame image phase demodulation fusion method of stick burning based on beating control is proposed, the flame simulation method based on mathematical morphology model is designed, and flame pixel structure is analyzed. The flame centroid eccentricity is calculated, flame abundance parameters flame abun?dance are calculated. It can effectively reflect the combustion state, the Gabor operator is used to calculate beat gradient edge density distribution image. The inner link find flame image characteristics and combustion state is taken for phase char?acteristic through Kam fusion method design, to judge the flame stability. And the flame monitoring control is obtained. Ex?perimental results show that the edge contour is clearer, and background impurity interference can be suppressed, detail is rich, anti noise performance is high. It has superior performance of the sticks of flame image authentication. It has important significance in fire prevention and monitoring, metallurgy and the safe operation of the boiler and combustion control etc.
