For oscilloscope widely used in electronics experiments, a kind of method which improves the measurement accuracy of the amplitude and frequency of the signal by oscilloscope was introduced. From the aspects of reducing the accidental and systematic errors of the signal measurement with an oscilloscope, the paper explains how to use the oscilloscope to accurately measure the signal amplitude and frequency. This method measures accurately and directly, and extends the scope of the functions of the oscilloscope, so that it can replaces with the millivolt meter and frequency indicator which measure the signal amplitude and frequency, reducing investment and consumption.
