[目的]探讨工学结合培养模式在中职护理专业教育中的应用效果,为人才培养模式的改革提供依据。[方法]将我校2010级110名中职护生作为试验组,同级165名中职护生作为对照组。对照组运用传统培养模式,试验组运用工学结合培养模式进行半工半读。学习结束后采用自制调查问卷对试验组护生和临床带教教师对工学结合培养模式认知调查,并对两组学生临床课程期末考试成绩及学生综合素质水平优良率进行比较。[结果]结果显示大部分试验组学生和教师对工学结合培养模式持肯定态度;试验组学生考试成绩及综合素质水平高于对照组(P <0.01或 P <0.05)。[结论]采用工学结合培养模式能提高学生的综合职业素养和教学效果。

Objective:To probe into the application effect of work learning combination training mode in nursing education in vocational school,and provide the evidences for the reform of talents training pattern.Methods:A total of 1 10 nursing students in grade 2010 in our school were taken as experimental group,another 1 65 voca-tional nursing students at the same level were taken as the control group.The students in control group used the traditional training mode,the students in experimental group used work learning combination training mode for a part-time job.At the end of learning,self made questionnaire was used to investigate the cognition of nurs-ing students in experimental group and clinical teachers on work learning combination training mode,and to compare the final exam scores of clinical courses between both groups and the excellent rate and good rate of students’comprehensive quality level.Results:The results showed that most of the experimental group students and teachers hold affirmative attitude on work learning combination training mode;scores and comprehensive quality level of the experimental group students were higher than that in control group (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion:Using work learning combination training mode can improve the students’comprehensive occupa-tion quality and teaching effect.
