[目的]了解不同年代对 ICU 护士心理健康状况的影响，以便改进护理管理。[方法]按照横断历史研究的筛选标准搜索中国知网全文数据库，发现符合要求研究报告18篇，进行心理健康状况年代效应分析。[结果]症状自评量表(SCL 90)各因子分效应量达到中效应以上；直辖市和地级市 ICU 护士在 SCL 90因子上效应量波动较副省级市 ICU 护士大。[结论]ICU 护士心理健康水平随社会发展逐渐提高；医院所在地对于 ICU 护士心理健康状况的年代效应存在一定的影响。
[目的]瞭解不同年代對 ICU 護士心理健康狀況的影響，以便改進護理管理。[方法]按照橫斷歷史研究的篩選標準搜索中國知網全文數據庫，髮現符閤要求研究報告18篇，進行心理健康狀況年代效應分析。[結果]癥狀自評量錶(SCL 90)各因子分效應量達到中效應以上；直轄市和地級市 ICU 護士在 SCL 90因子上效應量波動較副省級市 ICU 護士大。[結論]ICU 護士心理健康水平隨社會髮展逐漸提高；醫院所在地對于 ICU 護士心理健康狀況的年代效應存在一定的影響。
[목적]료해불동년대대 ICU 호사심리건강상황적영향，이편개진호리관리。[방법]안조횡단역사연구적사선표준수색중국지망전문수거고，발현부합요구연구보고18편，진행심리건강상황년대효응분석。[결과]증상자평량표(SCL 90)각인자분효응량체도중효응이상；직할시화지급시 ICU 호사재 SCL 90인자상효응량파동교부성급시 ICU 호사대。[결론]ICU 호사심리건강수평수사회발전축점제고；의원소재지대우 ICU 호사심리건강상황적년대효응존재일정적영향。
Objective:To know the influence of different ages on mental health status of nurses in ICU,in order to improve nursing management.Method:According to the screening criteria of transverse historical research,to search Chinese HowNet full text database,18 articles in accordance with requirements of the research report were found.To carry out psychological health status time effect analysis.Result:Effect size of every factor inves-tigated by using symptom checklist(SCL 90)achieved the above effect.Effect quantity fluctuation in SCL 90 factor of ICU nurses in municipalities directly under the central government and cities was larger than that of ICU nurses in deputy provincial cities.Conclusion:ICU nurses’psychological health level improved gradually with the social development.The location of hospital has a certain influence on time effect of ICU nurses’psy-chological health status.
