阐述居家护理概念，综述国内居家护理的发展现状，分析居家护理现存的问题，对其未来发展提出对策，指出通过共建综合医院与社区卫生服务机构的居家护理体系，提升居家护理人员的综合素质，拓展护理服务领域来逐步建立和完善“以机构为支撑、居家为基础、社区为依托”的长期护理服务体系，促进居家护理的发展，更好地服务广大人民群众。

It expounded the concept of home care,reviewed the development status quo of home care in China, analyze the problems existing in home care,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.It pointed out that we should build home care system in comprehensive hospitals and community health service institutions,to enhance comprehensive quality of nursing personnel at home care ,expand the field of nursing service,so as to gradually establish and improve long term care service system with institutional support,based home and com-munity support and promote the development of home care.
