目的：：对急性心肌梗死早期严重并发症的临床诊断和治疗进行分析探讨。方法：研究对象为2013年1月~2014年1月来我院就诊的20例急性心肌梗死患者。结果：临床研究分析发现,20例急性心肌梗死患者中19例经过诊断和治疗后病情得到了缓解和控制,患者生命体征正常,恢复良好；1例心脏破裂患者抢救无效死亡。急性心肌梗死早期严重并发症的治愈率达到99.5%。结论：急性心肌梗死早期严重并发症种类多样,及时准确的诊断和治疗对患者的治愈非常重要,并且能使患者的治愈成功率提高,降低患者的死亡率,临床价值显著,值得进一步研究和临床推广应用。
목적：：대급성심기경사조기엄중병발증적림상진단화치료진행분석탐토。방법：연구대상위2013년1월~2014년1월래아원취진적20례급성심기경사환자。결과：림상연구분석발현,20례급성심기경사환자중19례경과진단화치료후병정득도료완해화공제,환자생명체정정상,회복량호；1례심장파렬환자창구무효사망。급성심기경사조기엄중병발증적치유솔체도99.5%。결론：급성심기경사조기엄중병발증충류다양,급시준학적진단화치료대환자적치유비상중요,병차능사환자적치유성공솔제고,강저환자적사망솔,림상개치현저,치득진일보연구화림상추엄응용。
Objective: To discuss the clinical diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction early serious complications and treatment. Methods:the object of study for January 2013 to January 2014 to our hospital 20 patients with acute myocardial infarction. Results:the clinical study found that 19 of the 20 patients with acute myocardial infarction ( mi) eased after diagnosis and treatment of disease and con-trol, patient vital signs is normal, good recovery;1 patients with cardiac rupture rescue invalid death. Acute myocardial infarction early serious complications of the cure rate reached 99. 5%. Conclusion: the early serious complications of acute myocardial infarction were varied, timely and accurate diagnosis and treatment of cure for patients should be very important, and could raise the cure rate of patients, reduce mortality in patients with significant clinical value, deserves further research and clinical application.
