目的：观察两种不同手术方案治疗新生血管性青光眼的疗效。方法将208例新生血管性青光眼患者随机分为研究组和对照组各104例。对照组给予患者睫状体光凝术治疗，研究组给予患者玻璃体腔内注射治疗。对比2组患者治疗后平均视力、平均眼压变化情况、并发症率及手术成功率。结果2组患者治疗前眼压和视力差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。治疗后3d、6个月眼压和视力水平均较治疗前有所恢复，且研究组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。研究组患者手术成功率显著高于对照组，并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论玻璃体腔内注射能显著改善病情，提高手术成功率并降低并发症率，是一种安全高效的治疗方式。
목적：관찰량충불동수술방안치료신생혈관성청광안적료효。방법장208례신생혈관성청광안환자수궤분위연구조화대조조각104례。대조조급여환자첩상체광응술치료，연구조급여환자파리체강내주사치료。대비2조환자치료후평균시력、평균안압변화정황、병발증솔급수술성공솔。결과2조환자치료전안압화시력차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。치료후3d、6개월안압화시력수평균교치료전유소회복，차연구조우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。연구조환자수술성공솔현저고우대조조，병발증발생솔명현저우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론파리체강내주사능현저개선병정，제고수술성공솔병강저병발증솔，시일충안전고효적치료방식。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of two different treatment schemes in the treatment of neovas -cular glaucoma .Methods 208 patients who suffering from neovascular glaucoma were randomly divided into the study group and control group ,104 cases of each .The patients in the study group were given intravitreal injection ,while the patients in con-trol group were treated by cyclophotocoagulation .After treatment , compared average eyesight , mean IOP changes , the rate of complications and the success rate of operation between the two groups .Results Before treatment , there was no significant difference of intraocular pressure and visual acuity between two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the intraocular pressure and visual acuity of two group were all got better than before ,and the condition of study group was better than control group ,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The success rate of operation in patients of the study group was higher than the control group ,the incidence of complications was lower than the control group ,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravitreal injection can significantly improve the condition ,as well as improve the success rate of operation and reduce the rate of complications .It is a safe and effective therapy method .
