目的：分析人血清中I-型胶原C末端肽与强直性脊柱炎（ AS）的相关性。方法选择103例AS患者作为观察组，另选同期健康体检者103例为健康组，分别检测并比较2组血清中的I-型胶原C末端肽。结果观察组患者血清I-型胶原C末端肽水平为（4132．2±523．6）ng／L高于健康组的（1389．5±458．7）ng／L，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论 I-型胶原C末端肽与AS具有一定的相关性，可作为临床辅助诊断的临床检测指标之一。
목적：분석인혈청중I-형효원C말단태여강직성척주염（ AS）적상관성。방법선택103례AS환자작위관찰조，령선동기건강체검자103례위건강조，분별검측병비교2조혈청중적I-형효원C말단태。결과관찰조환자혈청I-형효원C말단태수평위（4132．2±523．6）ng／L고우건강조적（1389．5±458．7）ng／L，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론 I-형효원C말단태여AS구유일정적상관성，가작위림상보조진단적림상검측지표지일。
Objective To analysis the correlation of C telopeptide of collagen type I to ankylosing spondylitis .Meth-ods Selected 103 cases patients with AS as observation group ,and selected 103 cases healthy persons as health group .Detect the level of C telopeptide of collagen type I of 2 groups.Results The level of C telopeptide of collagen type I of was higher than that of health group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion C telopeptide of collagen type I is Correlated with AS ,can be detected targets diagnosis .
