目的：探讨黛力新联合生物反馈治疗伴焦虑抑郁障碍功能性胃肠病的临床效果。方法将204例伴焦虑抑郁障碍功能性胃肠病患者随机分为试验组和对照组各102例。试验组给予黛力新联合生物反馈治疗，对照组采用黛力新治疗。对比观察2组患者消化道症状、焦虑抑郁评分。结果2组患者治疗0、2、4、6、8周消化道积分均呈现逐步降低作用，且相邻时间点间差异显著（P＜0．05）；试验组患者在治疗2、4、6、8周时的消化道症状评分均显著低于对照组（P＜0．05）。2组患者治疗0、2、4、6、8周HAMD及HAMA评分逐步降低，且相邻时间点间差异显著（P＜0．05）；试验组患者在治疗2、4、6、8周时的HAMD及HAMA评分均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论黛力新联合生物反馈治疗伴焦虑抑郁障碍功能性胃肠病能明显改善患者的胃肠功能和焦虑抑郁状态，具有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective To analysis the effect of Deanxit combined with biofeedback therapy in functional gastrointesti -nal disorder with anxiety-depression .Methods 204 cases patients with functional gastrointestinal disorder with anxiety-depres-sion were randomly divided into intestgroup and control group ,each of 102 cases.Intestgroup was treated by Deanxit combined with biofeedback therapy .Control group was treated by Deanxit .After treatment , compared the gastrointestinal symptoms and anxiety and depression scores of 2 groups.Results The gastrointestinal symptom score ,HAMD and HAMA score of 1、2、4、6、8 weeks of 2 groups was gradually reduced ,and between adjacent time points were significantly different (P<0.05).The gas-trointestinal symptom score ,HAMD and HAMA score of 2、4、6、8weeks of test group was was lower than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Deanxit combined with biofeedback therapy in functional gastrointestinal disorder with anxiety -de-pression has an good clinical effect .
