目的：：通过对医疗纠纷的现状进行分析，从病案管理的角度加以控制及防范医疗纠纷，有效提高了医疗质量，保障医疗安全。方法：对病案管理中的问题进行归纳总结，找出解决方法。结果：对防范医疗纠纷切实可行。结论：加强病案的管理，完善病案管理的方法，可以有效防范医疗纠纷。

목적：：통과대의료규분적현상진행분석，종병안관리적각도가이공제급방범의료규분，유효제고료의료질량，보장의료안전。방법：대병안관리중적문제진행귀납총결，조출해결방법。결과：대방범의료규분절실가행。결론：가강병안적관리，완선병안관리적방법，가이유효방범의료규분。
Objective:through the analysis about the present situation of medical disputes, from the Angle of medical record manage-ment, control and prevent medical disputes, improve the quality of medical treatment and ensure medical safety. Methods:the paper sum-marizes the problems in medical record management, find out the solution. Results:to prevent medical disputes was feasible. Conclusion:to strengthen medical record management, perfect the methods of medical record management, could effectively prevent medical disputes.
