目的：：探讨鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床疗效。方法：收集2012年12月~2014年7月于本院治疗的慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的97例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组46例给予传统手术治疗,观察组51例给予鼻内镜手术治疗,然后对2组患者的临床疗效及并发症进行统计及比较。结果：观察组：总有效率为92.16%；术后并发症发生情况：上颌窦口狭窄或闭锁1例,鼻腔粘连4例,发生率：9.80%。对照组：总有效率为92.16%；术后并发症发生情况：发热2例,出血2例,上颌窦口狭窄或闭锁4例,鼻腔粘连6例,发生率30.43%。2组对比均P<0.05,存在统计学差异。结论：鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉,要明显优于传统手术治疗,且并发症发生率低,建议临床医师采用。
목적：：탐토비내경수술치료만성비두염비식육적림상료효。방법：수집2012년12월~2014년7월우본원치료적만성비두염비식육적97례환자위연구대상,장기수궤분위대조조화관찰조,대조조46례급여전통수술치료,관찰조51례급여비내경수술치료,연후대2조환자적림상료효급병발증진행통계급비교。결과：관찰조：총유효솔위92.16%；술후병발증발생정황：상합두구협착혹폐쇄1례,비강점련4례,발생솔：9.80%。대조조：총유효솔위92.16%；술후병발증발생정황：발열2례,출혈2례,상합두구협착혹폐쇄4례,비강점련6례,발생솔30.43%。2조대비균P<0.05,존재통계학차이。결론：비내경수술치료만성비두염비식육,요명현우우전통수술치료,차병발증발생솔저,건의림상의사채용。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic operation in treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal pol-yps. Methods:from 2012 December~2014 July in our hospital for treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo in 97 cases of patients as the research object, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 46 cases in the control group received traditional operation treatment, the observation group of 51 cases with nasal endoscopic operation treatment, then the therapeutic effect and complications in 2 groups patients were analyzed and compared. Results:in the observation group, the total efficiency of 92. 16%;post-operative complications:the maxillary sinus ostium stenosis or atresia in 1 cases,nasal cavity adhesion in 4 cases( the incidence of:9. 80%). In control group, the total efficiency of 92. 16%;postoperative complications:2 cases of hemorrhage,2 cases of fever, the maxil-lary sinus ostium stenosis or atresia in 4 cases,nasal cavity adhesion in 6 cases(the incidence of:30. 43%). Between the two groups in all P<0. 05, there was significant difference. Conclusion:endoscopic operation in treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps, is superior to the traditional operation treatment, and the low rate of complications, and it is worthy to spread in clinic.
