心房颤动(房颤)是临床上最常见的心律失常之一,严重影响人类的生活质量。血清同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,Hcy)作为一种氧化应激标志物与房颤的发生、发展、预后及复发均具有相关性,因此,血清Hcy作为一种廉价、安全的检测指标可以帮助临床医师对发生房颤的高危人群进行早期诊断、疗效判断和预后评估,具有较好的临床应用前景。
