目的：探讨药师对冠状动脉造影术患者的用药监护方式。方法临床药师以既往用药史、过敏史为依据，对4例冠状动脉造影术患者开展对比剂的用药监护、冠心病二级预防的用药宣教。结果与结论对冠状动脉造影患者，临床药师应仔细询问过敏史、用药史，判断易感因素，减少药物不良反应的发生风险，确保患者用药安全。
목적：탐토약사대관상동맥조영술환자적용약감호방식。방법림상약사이기왕용약사、과민사위의거，대4례관상동맥조영술환자개전대비제적용약감호、관심병이급예방적용약선교。결과여결론대관상동맥조영환자，림상약사응자세순문과민사、용약사，판단역감인소，감소약물불량반응적발생풍험，학보환자용약안전。
Objective To explore pharmaceutical care points and stan-dardized pharmacy practice model patients with for coronary heart disease receiving percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods Pharmacy prac-tices were conducted and care points were searched in four case of percu-taneous coronary intervention with contrast agents to improve the outcome of therapy, according to medication history and allergic history. Results and Conclusion Clinical pharmacist pay attention to the medication history and reduce the risk of drug adverse reaction, to improve rational drug use and ensure the medication safety.
