目的：分析参芪益肺糖浆药理，探讨其抗肺癌功效。方法将67例肺癌患者随机为两组，对照组(32例)以EP方案化疗，结合组(35例)在对照组基础上加用参芪益肺糖浆，观察两组疗效。结果结合组患者血液流变学指标低于对照组，有效稳定率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义( P<0．05)。结论参芪益肺糖浆补脾肺之气，益虚损，抗凝，提升白细胞，有较强抗肺癌功效。

목적：분석삼기익폐당장약리，탐토기항폐암공효。방법장67례폐암환자수궤위량조，대조조(32례)이EP방안화료，결합조(35례)재대조조기출상가용삼기익폐당장，관찰량조료효。결과결합조환자혈액류변학지표저우대조조，유효은정솔고우대조조，차이유통계학의의( P<0．05)。결론삼기익폐당장보비폐지기，익허손，항응，제승백세포，유교강항폐암공효。
Objective To analyze the pharmacological effect and anti-cancer effect of Shenqiyifei syrup. Methods 67 patients with lung cancer were randomized into two groups, the control group (32 cases) by EP chem-otherapy and the combination group (35 cases) by EP chemotherapy plus Shenqiyifei syrup. The curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The index of hemorheology was lower in the combination group than in the control group, and the effective and stable rate was higher in the combination group than in the control group ( P<0. 05). Conclusion Shenqiyifei syrup can fill the gas of lien and lung, increase the number of white blood cells, with strong anti-lung cancer effect.
